Russia warns of "proxy war" to send US troops to Syria

Russia warned of the possibility of a "proxy war" in the Middle East after the US decision to send special forces to Syria.
He said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said the resolution increases the need for cooperation between the United States and Russia.
