A source in the OPCW emphasizes the use of terrorists "mustard gas" in a town north of Aleppo Mare`

Agencies - the source of the Organization of the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons said that the terrorists in Syria used the "mustard gas" in the town of Mare` north of Aleppo in August.
The military and intelligence US officials confirmed last August that the terrorist organization Daash used mustard gas during the terrorist attacks on the province of Hasaka.
The Associated Press quoted the source in the organization, who asked not to be identified as saying that "the inspectors found evidence that insurgents had used mustard gas in the town of Mare` on 21 August."
It has repeatedly warned Syria of the danger of the use of chemical weapons by terrorist organizations officially crossed through the Foreign and Expatriates Ministry of messages or its Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Bashar Jaafari data since December 2012 for fear hard to do some of the governments that support terrorism in Syria to provide chemical weapons for terrorists and the prosecution later use by the Syrian army.
