Mass change: the Kurdistan government is not serious about solving the oil problem with Baghdad

MP said the movement of Kurdish change Amin Bakr, on Wednesday, that the non-arrival of the Kurdistan region delegation negotiator to Baghdad so far comes to the lack of seriousness of the provincial government to dissolve the oil and financial problem with the central government, while the detection of the arrival of the governor Alsellmanah Aso Feridun to the capital Tuesday evening to discuss matters concerning the maintenance with the federal government.
Bakr said that "the negotiating Kurdish delegation was supposed to come before the arrival of the budget of the Ministry of Finance to the Cabinet," attributing the reason for not coming of the delegation to Baghdad to "lack of seriousness of the Kurdistan Regional Government to dissolve the financial and oil problem with the federal government."
"The oil agreement for 2015 did not work, and so there must be a new agreement, to not receive their salaries of staff in the province three months ago," stressing the importance of "finding a constitutional solution to the problem between Baghdad and Erbil."
And between Baker that "the political process in Kurdistan hit" paralysis "after the Kurdistan Democratic Party coup against the legitimate institutions in the region."
And on the visit Governor Alsellmanah Aso Feridun to Baghdad, he said Baker "The governor arrived at the head of a delegation from Sulaymaniyah to Baghdad pm, on Tuesday, they represent only the province," adding that "the aim of the visit is to discuss the financial relations with the center government and the rights of the province in the development of regions.
