63 accused of a crime to refer to criminal Spyker

BAGHDAD - morning
referred the judiciary, on Wednesday, a number of accused of carrying out a crime Spyker to the Central Criminal Court, specific twenty-sixth of this month as the date for trial.
The transfer press statement from the spokesman for the Supreme Judicial Council Judge Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar, saying that "the judicial investigative panel in the central court of inquiry set up to consider the crime of Spyker, it referred the 36 accused to the criminal court, "adding that the court identified the twenty-sixth of the month this November as the date for trial.
It is noteworthy that the investigative panel judiciary charged with the massacre of Spyker file on the eighth of last month revealed the existence of 13 new accused confessed to having committed the crime together, including a relative of the "Daash" the leader of the terrorist gangs (Ibrahim al-Samarrai, alias Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi). Prior to that Central Criminal Court issued on 8 July 24 sentenced to death, accusing herself of the case, as has decided to release four others.
