the House of Representatives postponed, during its meeting on Thursday, the second reading of a bill defining the mandates of the three presidencies.
According to a parliamentary source told all of Iraq [where], that "the presidency of the parliament decided to postpone the second reading of a bill defining the mandates of the three presidencies, as called for House Speaker Salim al-Jubouri to convene an urgent meeting next week to the heads of parliamentary blocs in order to take a final position on it" .anthy
