Registration of companies in the Ministry of Commerce Department announced that the cadres of the founding of the circle completed transactions (129) and a national company and (19) office of a foreign company during the past month of October
Ferial confirmed that Akram Abdullah, Director General of the department, adding that the circle has issued several resolutions concerning the amendment of contracts for companies distributed between capital increase and the integration of the accounts of the company and liquidation of company accounts.
Adding that he was also recording 19 representative offices of foreign companies and registration of three foreign company branch and documenting 130 companies registered and marking records and forwarding (192) company to Investigating Judge for violating the guidelines and instructions.
She noted that the department has studied the final accounts of the number of national companies (1809) and the national company as well as the integration of the accounts of 28 companies and capital increase (35) company and a settling of accounts (9) company and modify held one joint-stock company and the study of the accounts of the offices and branches of foreign companies for (90 ) company.
Pointing to the circle's ratification of the minutes of meetings of the constituent companies registered during the period from 1/10 until 10/31/2015 of (96) in addition to the ratification of the minutes (60) minutes of special meetings of the General Authority for joint stock companies.
