Transportation: Boeing and the US agreed to replace the aircraft in a deal signed in 2008

Baghdad - INA / announced Transport Minister Bayan Jabr, on Thursday, the US Boeing Company approval to replace the aircraft within the deal signed with Iraq in 2008 another very modern.
Zubaidi said in a press conference held today at the Baghdad airport on the sidelines of renovation contract with "Boeing", that "the former Iraqi government signed a contract with The Boeing Company for the import of aircraft to transport passengers in the year 2008".
And that "the company has sent to Iraq a number of aircraft at the time, without completing the total number in the deal."
He said al-Zubaidi, said: "The Boeing Company has agreed to replace the remaining aircraft of the deal previously signed modern aircraft in 2016".
He pointed out that "modern aircraft features environment-friendly engines and consume less fuel by 15% of the old engine
