Holond cancel his participation in the top twenty after the terrorist attacks in Turkey and held a ministerial meeting
French President decided to cancel his participation in the Group of Twenty summit scheduled in Turkey Sunday November 15 and send the foreign and finance ministers instead.
She added that the French presidency will gather on Saturday morning Holland Defense Council to discuss the situation in the wake of "the unprecedented terrorist attacks" in the French capital.
