Legal representative: Shortcut exceptions in the General Amnesty Law to five cases

BAGHDAD / Baghdadi News / ... revealed the parliamentary legal committee, on Saturday, on the shortcut exceptions in the General Amnesty Law to the five cases, while confirming that those convicted of terrorism, kidnapping, extortion and theft of public money and Thrat relics and human trafficking are not covered by the amnesty.
The MP for the Committee Hilali smile in an interview with / Baghdadi News /, that "the agreement between the political blocs on the paragraphs of the General Amnesty Law arrived at its final stage, especially after reducing the exceptions in the law from 12 to 5 exception only exceptions".
Hilali, adding that "convicted on charges of terrorism and accused of kidnapping and extortion cases for citizens as well as human trafficking and human organs, as well as Uncle accused of stealing money and smuggling of relics, has been excluded from the law."
She drew member of the committee that "the House of Representatives will vote on the law, in the coming sessions before a legislative recess" .
