He stressed that the plants will start to create after taking formal approval from the Ministry of Electricity, pointing out that the ministry has told us they will work to involve local governments in the northern, central and southern provinces for the allocation of plots of electric stations. He stated that the stations will operate according to the capacities needed by each province, indicating that the project will provide Iraq with investment of about 9000 MW in general, as it would be the share of the province of Baghdad 3000 MW, it is aimed to improve the power of citizens in the meantime, said a member of the Oil and Energy Committee in the House Maysan Amer Nasrallah that the province would be excluded from the programmed cutting power supply after entering the gas station architecture to work. Nasrallah said in a press statement: «permit gaseous architecture station that run on gaseous fuels will support the national grid, according to the promises of the Minister of Electricity, the conservative exempt from programmed the pieces any way to enter the station to work».

The Minister of Electricity Qassim Fahdawi opened yesterday (Thursday), carbonated architecture station operating capacity of 500 MW.
