Laying the foundation stone for three power stations in Basra

{Basra} and Euphrates News put local government in the province of Basra, the foundation stone for three power plants transformative {33/11 KV} in Safwan and Umm Qasr and Khor al-Zubair.
The Director of Information Basra Governorate Council raised Abadi told the News} {Euphrates on Saturday that "the President of the Council laying the foundation stone for three transformative power stations in the area of Safwan, Umm Qasr and Khor al-Zubair."
He added that he "was referred 15 stations to a French company is {Schneider and Arrieta}, as well as to transmit the 10 stations to Iraqi companies," noting that "the local government will not allow any delay in the implementation of this Mahatat because this has direct contact with the need for citizen's visual of electricity in the summer. "
Ebadi pointed out that "these stations comes as part of projects of regional development for 2010 and 2011," asserting that "the entry into service in the fifteenth of June next," pointing out that "total stations allocated to the province are 34 stations carried the Ministry of Electricity 9 of them and provide for local government implementation of the rest of the stations in the general areas of Basra. "
He said, "next summer will see the processing power of the citizens by two hours for spare hour to say the least, especially after obtaining the approval of the minister of electricity for energy conservation of electricity produced by barges Turkish three, which is hoped to enter service in the first of April this year."
