Hindawi pointed out that "the survey which was conducted during October of last month did not include three Iraqi provinces because of the security situation witnessed in those governorates of Nineveh, Salahuddin and Anbar," noting that "the base inflation index rose in October last month by 0.1% compared to with the month of June the previous year and a rate of 1.6% for the month of July 2014 ".
The statement that "The inflation for the month of September index was is also witnessed a decline rate of 0.6%, while annual inflation rose by 2.1% due to higher prices of food section and non-alcoholic beverages by 2.5% and the high section housing prices rose 3.2%," adding that "inflation index the foundation has declined during the month of September by 0.2%. "
