Planning: 22 projects will be funded on the method of payment on credit

Shafaq News / The Ministry of Planning and Development Cooperation on Monday, the number of projects to be funded on the method of payment on credit in a number of provinces of the country.
This came during a meeting of technical agent for the Ministry of Planning Maher Hammad with Kelly and the Ministry of Housing and Construction and municipalities Gaber Abdel and Dara Hassan during a joint meeting at the headquarters of the Ministry of Planning, as they discussed the mechanics of payment on credit for service projects in the central and southern governorates, according to a statement issued by the ministry
Hammad said there was a number of important projects that are being discussed and reality and ratios implementation with a view to completion manner of funding on credit, noting that some of these projects is one of the new projects and the other from the ongoing and which are important for the citizen projects being service projects.
He noted that the number of projects that are discussed and the possibility of financing on credit are 22 projects, including 10 new and 12 ongoing projects in the last qualification stage, pointing out that this way of funding includes the maintenance and perpetuation of the projects after completion.
And the undersecretary of the ministry that this division came after the re-prioritization of projects in light of the financial conditions experienced by Iraq as a result of lower oil prices, adding that the ministry has prepared a detailed list of included and clear mechanisms to address the ongoing projects to ensure non-stop because of the financial circumstances and there are a lot of measures that have been taken on negotiating with contractors and display projects as investment opportunities as well as take advantage of the style of financing on credit.
