The State of Law coalition leader Nuri al-Maliki said on Thursday October 29, that the posts of Vice-President of the Republic has not been canceled and is still in the process of discussions, returned the decision of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi cancel those positions as 'unconstitutional', as he pointed to lodge a complaint with the court Federal in this regard.
