Revealed the official spokesman for the governor of Baghdad Zangana morning, Wednesday, about the reasons for the province of Baghdad stopped projects and investment budget caused by the exchange as well as bureaucratic delays and sandbox.

He added: "The government of the province do not meet the requirements of the launch of the funds in order to provide part of those services to the citizens, along with stifling bureaucracy and powers that limited the work of the province and that created barriers between service institutions."
He noted that "there is a significant decline in the level of services and the implementation of projects and stopped precaution."
And between Zangana: Maintaining and received since the beginning of Ali Tamimi his duties was to develop plans for projects as those plans included the implementation of the projects it was hoped that progress occur in the service level in the capital, especially in the regions of the parties that fall within the administrative and service boundaries.
