(Independent) ... the House of Representatives held its 40th chaired by Salim al-Jubouri, and the presence of 210 deputy, is scheduled to witness the meeting vote on the draft law of the Martyrs Foundation and discuss the draft 2016 budget law.
A parliamentary source said to the reporter (independent) announced today that "the House of Representatives held its 40th chaired by Salim al-Jubouri, and the presence of 210 deputies," noting that "the meeting will host the Minister of Labour and Social Affairs."
"The meeting will also vote on the draft law of the Martyrs Foundation, and the first vote on the draft amendment to the law to compensate those affected by the military operations and military errors and terrorist operations, and vote on the proposed annexation of the hospitality institutes to the Ministry of Education Law."
He pointed out that "the meeting contains the report of the Committee on Economy and Investment and the discussion of the draft general budget of the Federal Republic of Iraq for the fiscal year 2016 Act, and the report and discuss the first draft amendment to the law of insurance on personal responsibility for the staff of government departments and the public sector Law No. (47) for the year 1990, in addition to the report and discuss the draft law amending the Criminal Procedure Law No. (23) for the year 1971 ".
