MP for the coalition of state law Haider Mawla stressed that the Kurdistan region's share of the appointments in the budget amounted to twenty-three percent contrary to the reality on the ground. Mawla said in a statement that the parliament works on the cancellation clause in the budget states that each of them be in the solution of its obligations financial and oil in the event of non-compliance with the provincial payments on the source of it oil or non-government obligation to pay dues region and this is inconsistent with its provisions, adding that the blocks are also working to cancel an article stating Kurdistan oil conversion inclusive of Kirkuk oil to the central government and the implicit recognition that the Kirkuk subsidiary to the Kurdistan region, and this can not be because the oil belongs to the Iraqi people.
