The judiciary in Basra sentenced to prison terms of 11 to 15 years convicted of stealing a foreign security company salaries

Basra - INA / announced the Information Office of the Courts of Basra on Sunday, issuing a criminal court in the province in prison for 15 years on the 11 accused of setting up fake control and theft of workers' salaries in a Contracting foreign security company with oil companies.
The office said in a statement, seen by "official Iraqi News Agency," "The criminal court in Basra, sentenced to 15 years against 11 defendants on the basis of the provisions of Article 441 of the Penal Code No. 111 of 1969 amended," noting that "the defendants have in (29 November 2013) and subscription agreement with the other defendants to intercept a group of employees in the company (as soon as Ji) and the theft of their salaries amounting to 2.00036 million thousand dollars, and the sharing of the amount stolen among themselves. "
Office and pointed out that "the defendants have theft by installing fake control on the highway link between the provinces of Basra and Dhi Qar, and were dressed in military clothes, and carrying weapons, and they use the type of car (Salvador) back to the police department," adding that "the court also decided the confiscation of the weapons used in the commission of the crime. "
