Khalati: budget need extensive debate and the price per barrel which portends problems

The member of the House of Representatives Hassan Khalati, Sunday, that the estimate of the price of a barrel of oil in the year's budget may Asagtna problems, noting that the bill needs to be extensive discussions and interventions.
Khalati said in a statement seen by the news agency of our economy "The draft federal budget law for 2016 need to be extensive discussions and interventions, because the duty of the House of Representatives that Inaql between chapters of the budget and is then listen to the views."
He added that "the figures in the budget are clear and undiagnosed and are based on oil prices and the export rate where the estimated price of $ 45 per barrel with the export of three million and 600 thousand barrels per day and will be the oil revenues of about $ 70 billion and is added to the amount estimated to 13 billion dollars."
Khalati pointed out that "guessing the price of oil export rates and this is very close to my own reality with the existing oil prices may be subject to some downside or production rates are exposed to some of the decline, this will affect very heavily on the economic reality in Iraq."
