Rasheed Bank issued instructions to ministries and state institutions for the granting of all the advances of marriage and personal advances to employees in the ongoing service and permanent staffing.
The Director-General of the Rasheed Bank, Kazem Mohammed fistula told all of Iraq that «the bank instructed the ministries and state institutions all for the granting of advances to marriage and personal advances to its staff in the ongoing service and permanent staffing».
