The secretariat assured the Cabinet record large breaches in the Iraqi bank dealings on trade, as well as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers on relations in the press release agency «Nina» news yesterday: «among the transactions the Bank's General Manager for some loans compliments, resulting in the loss of millions of dollars of public money, as well as the existence of abuses and reviews for documentary credits, documentary transactions stopped».
He added: "there are financial irregularities and unjustified administrative exchange and purchase of buildings for personal abroad and persons sent abroad from 3 to 4 years, alongside stipend people don't have any qualifications only personal relations».
Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki the second month in a surprise visit to the Iraqi bank of Commerce. As a Committee of the Ministry of finance and the Office of financial supervision and the Central Bank and the impartiality and transparency and experts from banks by order of the Prime Minister, stressed in her report irregularities in certain transactions of the Bank, and the results transmitted.
