Deputy Prime Minister Roj Nuri Shaways for Government sought to apply the new economic policy through effective partnership with the international community, announcing an 8 directions for applying this policy, which counted "important actor".

These trends also "encourage local and foreign investment in all areas especially housing schemes and incentive laws, legislation and financial reform process orientation and comprehensive administrative and legislative amendments in proportion and economic trends, as well as seeking to integrate the world economy and obtain the benefits associated with this inclusion, negotiating accession to WTO and benefit from the system of governance and transparency, disclosure and protection of intellectual property and the transmission of know-how and technological changes and build national capacities and the free movement of capital and strengthening Confident the world economy and the accompanying processes of great attraction foreign investments and improve the business environment. "
