France gives Iraq a loan of 430 million euros

"The French Foreign Minister, who is currently visiting Baghdad, said during a meeting with Iraqi Prime Minister Haid al-Abadi that France would grant Iraq a loan of 430 million euros ($ 512) before the end of 2017," the official said.
French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Laudrian and Defense Minister Florence Barley arrived in Iraq on Saturday for an official visit, during which they met with President Fuad Masum and ministers Haider al-Abadi.
