The Committee "Finance" in the Iraqi parliament, on Sunday, the increase in the proportion of the deduction of salaries of employees and retirees in the budget of the year 2018.
A member of the committee Hossam al-Aqabi told the «Journal News», that "the leaks that came from the budget there is a percentage of deductions of up to 4.8% of state employees and retirees."
"The Finance Committee in the parliament will work to reduce the percentage as it adversely affect the income of the employee and retirees."
On the share of the province of the general budget, Al-Aqabi explained that the region has set a budget of 12%, based on the population density of the region and will be voted in parliament.
The Directorate of Public Pension, denied yesterday the existence of any deductions for salaries of retirees.
