The Prime Minister emphasized that the sovereignty and national wealth and foreign relations is the responsibility of the central government, as well as security with the contribution of local governments in the internal security of the provinces, and there are many of the powers of provincial councils such as implementation of investment projects, calling to take the provincial role in the investment process by giving opportunities the private sector and foreign national to contribute extensively in this area.
Prime Minister: We will finish the completion of the budget after several days, and will be referred to the House of Representatives, and there is a joint committee working with the Ministry of Finance for the organization, make the proportion of the investment business for less than 30% of the general budget.
