Zebari: ongoing talks between Baghdad and Washington to regulate the relationship

BAGHDAD / However, said Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari on Saturday, said the discussions are continuing with the U.S. side to regulate the relationship between Baghdad and Washington after the full withdrawal of U.S. forces from Iraq by the end of this year.
Zebari said in a press statement that "before the Iraq Sikhtoha important steps to regulate the relationship between the two countries in the transition period after the withdrawal of U.S. forces," adding that the impact of withdrawal on the situation in Iraq will depend on the performance of the government security and intelligence in the near future.
