Central Bank: Commercial Bank linked to the Council of Ministers

"
Saleh added: "The Central Bank and Ministry of Finance asked many times for a link Commercial Bank, and they replied that he linked to the Council of Ministers," adding that "the bank belongs to the State and subject to the supervision of Central Bank and the Office of Financial Supervision."
