Since the intention is towards the abolition of some ministries in the light of new powers to the provinces and that was a means that will happen in the field variable customizations.
What is important here to focus on investment allocations that are supposed to not less than 30 percent of the total amount of the budget in order to activate the investment, construction and start phase reconstruction required.
All of these circumstances and factors will affect the budget in a manner calculated and challenges abounded also, what is required to do about this new reality.
