Baghdad, November 22 (Rn) - A member of the Iraqi List, Belarus, Tuesday, that the Prime Minister will present the names of new candidates for the post of Secretary of Defense for their vote in the House, noting that the candidates are not candidates for Iraq.

The MP said Zhiralaargi told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that "Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki will submit the names of new candidates for the post of Minister of Defense of the House to vote on them."

The Iraqi government was formed under the Convention on the initiative of the President of Arbil, the Kurdistan Regional Government Massoud Barzani late last year, it was agreed that the post of Minister of Defense of the share of the Iraqi List and the position of Minister of Interior of the share of the National Alliance.

It was agreed that the leaders of Iraqi political blocs last November on the initiative of President of Kurdistan region Masoud Barzani, which focused on renewing the mandate of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki by forming a government of national partnership.

As part of the political blocs agreed the initiative on a number of points, including the commitment to the Constitution, and the achievement of harmony and balance, and end the work of the accountability and justice, and activation of national reconciliation and the formation of a government of national partnership.

The agreement within the Barzani initiative which led to the formation of the government, given the position of prime minister for the National Alliance and the formation of a new council called the "Strategic Policy Council" shall be vested in his list of Iraq, specifically Iyad Allawi, who decided in the earlier abandonment of the position.

He explained that al-Araji, "is not new candidates, including candidates from the candidates nominated by the Iraqi List of the owners."

The Iraqi List, has provided more than once a list of candidates for the post of Defense Minister Maliki, but reject those names.

He noted that al-Maliki will present "these names, which is expected they will gain acceptance in the House in voting against it."

The security ministries are still vacant so far, despite the passage of nearly a year to form a government.
He pointed out that al-Araji, "the Prime Minister will deliver the ball in the court of parliament out of the responsibility for delaying the filling of the security ministries and put an end to the crisis."
