Citizens expressed dissatisfaction with their inability to spend their money in their accounts at United Investment Bank.
"The bank has stopped paying any amounts in our accounts under the pretext of annual inventory," citizens said in a letter they sent to the media.
"This behavior is surprising and unacceptable because the money in our account at our disposal can be disbursed at any time because we are not the king of the bank," they said.
They confirmed that "the bank has changed all the claims and is indifferent to them, which means that the bank deceives them and manipulates their money."
