Received His Excellency President Jalal Talabani, a letter of thanks from the President of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq Ammar al-Hakim, reads as follows :
" His Excellency the President Mr. Jalal Talabani, esteemed
Peace, mercy and blessings of God ..
We have received more pride and pleasure your sincere fraternal anniversary of the twenty-ninth of the founding of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq .
And we stopped at a large and Astzkarkm contents of the history of our common struggle against the dictatorship, and continuing our contributions to building a broad base of solid all Iraqi forces dedicated to building the new Iraq, Iraq based on respect for human rights, will and rights to live free and dignified .
Today we look at this common history, which Snatamoh in conjunction with the commander of our Grand Ayatollah Shahid Mihrab Mohammad Baqir al-Hakim, and after Aziz of Iraq, Mr. Abdul Aziz al-Hakim, a lot of pride, respect and appreciation, because it was not a history person bright and by, but is the history of struggle the Iraqi people, who stood up for to obtain his freedom and dignity, which tried to regain confiscated system of tyranny and despotism .
We look forward to more cohesion and cooperation with you in building the new Iraq, Iraq, federal, democratic, which we have a lot of sacrifices together to manufacture and construction .
Today we, Mr. President, and brother friend, we face great challenges facing us as we work together to achieve the goals which he sacrificed Shahid Mihrab with his life and pursued Aziz of Iraq until the last moment of his life, and you would have you for it all these long decades of time, which is to build strong Iraq Trucial with itself and its neighbors and the world, Iraq's constitutional pluralism, challenges requires us to stand against all attempts that seek to confiscate all the efforts exerted to achieve those lofty goals .
We do not doubt for a moment in your ability to defend all those lofty goals, objectives constitute a guarantee for the construction of the new Iraq on the basis of a solid and strong, do justice, and establish the principle of true partnership, and keep us all from the mistakes of previous eras that created the tragedy and Omaguet our calamity after calamity .
Mr. President .. We reiterate our thanks and appreciation for your generous, and we wish you health and wellness and more sophistication to you and our Iraq and our beloved .
