Iraqi Kurdistan insists on the "constitutional" contract with Exxon Mobil

BAGHDAD - Babinaoz (Reuters) - stuck to the local government in the Kurdistan region by holding the site with the oil company "Exxon Mobil" campaign, asserting that "full and unconstitutional," despite warnings from Baghdad to proceed with this contract.
The head of the Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq Barham Salih at the opening of "Star City Complex" commercial in the city of Sulaymaniyah (270 km) north of Baghdad, said that "Abermnah contract with Exxon Mobil held the entire constitutional and does not violate the Constitution."
He added, "We have different opinions with the officials in Baghdad about a range of issues and this does not mean we act other than the Iraqi constitution."
"If they think that we Sntkhaly for the constitutional right to dispose of natural resources they are wrong."
This came after the United States on Tuesday warned U.S. companies, including Exxon and Mobil, the oil giant of the legal risks to those contracts signed by other than the desire of Baghdad.
An official in the Iraqi Oil Ministry said last week that Baghdad is considering its options in relation to Paxson Mobil which took place last month signed an agreement with the government of Iraqi Kurdistan to explore oil in six regions of the province. An official at the Iraqi Oil Ministry said two of those areas and are Qosh, Prederash located in the province of Nineveh, which you want to be annexed to the Kurdistan autonomous region, which is rejected by Baghdad.
