There is no doubt that the specialized workers in government institutions in the field of monetary, financial and trade policy, where the author touched on many aspects of theory and practice in the international economy.
The author examined the changes that the world has witnessed since the 1990s in the concepts that reflect the contemporary international economy after the reduction of many distances between countries and overcoming the difficulties created by differences in language and laws that concern the work, where national governments began to be subject to the laws approved by the various international organizations As well as the surge in international trade in services, which recorded about $4.5 trillion in 2014, a change in the pattern of world trade.
The communications and information revolution also supported the momentum of globalization in all its dimensions and the competition between giants from their domestic markets has spurred competition in emerging markets.
There are many images of the shift in international money and trade from its major Western constituencies to its new East and Southeast Asia (FDI).
