Baghdad (NINA) – Law maker from the Alliance of the Middle, Mohammed Iqbal, said that the recently witnessed security deterioration many Iraqi cities are witnessing is a natural reflection of the strain the political process is suffering from.
Iqbal added in a statement to the press on Friday, June 10, "It is unreasonable that we needed eight months to form a government and more months in vain to solve the issue of security ministry.
Iqbal expressed, "Conviction that the tense political situation is a result of the powerful blocs from reaching a practical solution and their insistence to apply their own agendas without making any consideration to national interest."
