The head of the Iraqi parliament, a professor Abdulaziz Osama Najafi, "the importance of the IMF's role in the economic course correction on Iraq."
The President, Najafi during a meeting with the delegation of the International Monetary Fund on Monday in the presence of the Ministers of Finance, Planning and members of the Finance Committee and the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers on the Keywords and means to help Iraq and address the international debt on it.
For his part, the delegation stressed that the program offered two years ago, is to reduce the deficit and inflation, adding that the fund is currently working to reduce and minimize the recurrent budget in the budget for Iraq in 2012.
At the end of the meeting, called on President Nujaifi the need to speed up the completion of the budget in a short period, stressing the need not to prejudice the rights of the provinces in pumping money towards the establishment of projects and investments, to make them feel safe and attention by the state and the government. "
