The Ministry of Justice announced on Sunday that it is working through the Department of Minors' Welfare to prepare a plan that includes the investment of the funds of the Fund for this segment and the provision of social welfare for them educationally and health
"The department has a plan of action commensurate with the current situation of minors in order to provide the best services for this important segment of society," ministry spokesman Kamel Amin said in an interview carried by the official Al-Sabah newspaper.
The Minors' Welfare Fund includes funds belonging to the minor, either through inheritance or by depositing funds in his name by his relatives.
He stressed that "the law allowed investment and development at specific rates not more than 50 percent for those over the age of 15 years in order to develop and increase and then returned to him," noting that
