Preparing the security authorities in the Kurdistan region for the implementation of more than (2600) arrest warrant against wanted a variety of offenses, the courts in the province had issued earlier, including against the accused of involvement in crimes are known as "Anfal operations." Said Jabar Yawar, Secretary General of the Ministry Peshmerga in Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq: they will start arresting all the people who were against detention orders by the courts of the Kurdistan region, which have not been implemented for several reasons, as the numbering 2 653 is required. He said Yawar, in a joint press conference in Arbil yesterday afternoon, with Abdullah sireniform, Director General of Police Kurdistan region of Iraq, was formed operations room with representatives from the Ministries of Peshmerga and Interior and Security Forces (brave) to start implementing the decisions of the courts. The courts had been charged to the many people in the region on various charges, including charges of engaging in crimes is known as the "Anfal" committed by the previous dictatorial regime in the eighties of the last century, but these decisions did not take the way for implementation of political considerations or the fact that some of the defendants have now arranged a military or left the province and migrated out of the country. He said Yawar, the regional president of Iraqi Kurdistan directed to the Ministries of Peshmerga and Interior to work to arrest all the accused and handed over to the courts to consider their decision. He said: "We got five lists of wanted persons by 725 on Arbil, 989 required in Sulaimaniya, and 428 in Dahuk, in addition to 351 in Ckramaan, and 160 required in the Soran. and the that in each of these areas there will be room operations involving officers from the police and the brave and the Peshmerga and will investigate the conditions required, and pursue them in the event of change of residence. and the reason for not arrested until now, said Yavar: There are some wanted by the civil courts in the province is likely to be part of the Peshmerga forces or other security forces is therefore recommended that the share of the Peshmerga forces and the brave and the police in executing arrest warrants.
