The MP said the coalition, Sami al-Askari said in an interview for "Alsumaria News", "key issues which will be confirmed during the visit of U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden to Iraq is a strategic framework agreement for cooperation between the two countries and activating the joint committees that deal with the details of this Convention."
