BAGHDAD / With: U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden said Wednesday in Baghdad that the U.S. withdrawal from Iraq called "a new path between two sovereign states," stressing that this "partnership" to include "a strong security relationship."
Biden said at the opening meeting of the Coordination Committee of the U.S. Supreme Iraqi that "our troops leave Iraq, and we call a new path together, and a new station in this relationship, a relationship between two sovereign states."
