White House statement said that Biden paid tribute to the development of democratic institutions in Iraq, including the government of national partnership.They also stressed the importance of continued partnership between the two countries and also discussed the common interest in the partnership between the permanent United States and Iraq in a range of areas, under the framework of strategic agreement between the two countries
