The sovereignty in his speech today at a ceremony marking the "Day of performance" that the withdrawal of U.S. forces will establish a new phase in the relationship between Iraq and the United States of America where the strategic framework agreement, the cornerstone of bilateral relations between the two countries, which will include aspects of political, economic, commercial, cultural and scientific so as to push bilateral ties to greater cooperation and understanding in the next phase, which we believe firmly that it will be balanced and equal between two sovereign, on the basis of common interests.
