Talabani stresses promote positive dialogue between the various

Said President Jalal Talabani, the importance of promoting positive and constructive dialogue between different actors and what would devote the values of understanding, cooperation and trust required to clear the air, as was emphasized on the importance of the coming period, necessitated by the completion of legislation and institution-building and developing the level of performance at various levels. This came during a meeting Iyad Allawi and his delegation during the meeting dealt with the political situation in the country and the relations between political parties. In a related contract as Vice President of the Republic on Wednesday an ad hoc meeting to address the differences between political parties and work hard to achieve the unity of attitudes, policies and work together after the withdrawal of U.S. troops from Iraq, and the whole meeting on the following:
First, appeal to all parties to stop media campaigns immediately and refrain from bickering and give the speech convulsive in the media, and commitment in the cultural and brotherly constructive in addressing the problems and shortcomings and mistakes, and within Alataralssayash and parliamentary and ministerial and respect the agreements and solidarity Ministerial and real participation in the rights and duties.
Second, demand that all those responsible to respect the Constitution and the rights of citizens according to the laws and principles of democracy and human rights, reminding that the President of the Republic, in accordance with Article 67 of the Basic Law "sees to ensure compliance with the Constitution" and therefore the defense of citizens and their constitutional rights and legal. Third, begin immediately preparing to hold a bilateral summit meetings and three-and four-and then to call a meeting of representatives of various political parties in preparation for the national gathering to embrace all political actors. Meeting and expressed hope the response of all parties to this appeal and this call and work hand in hand to achieve cooperation
