Ashour: U.S. withdrawal does not mean the return of Iraq to full sovereignty, unless out of Chapter VII

Advisor to the Iraqi List, said Hani Ashour said "any agreement expected the Iraqi government with the U.S. administration on military cooperation and to keep the coaches or the U.S. forces in Iraq, means that Iraq has no national sovereignty and has not been out of Chapter VII.
