Baghdad, 6 December / December (Rn) - The Commission on Security and Defence in the Iraqi Council of Representatives, Tuesday, for the Iraqi government told her that the full withdrawal of U.S. troops will be completed in 20 of the month.
The Vice-Chairman of the Committee and berries Iskandar told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that "U.S. forces remaining of the 10 thousand troops would withdraw completely from Iraq in the final 20 of the first Chehrkanon this."

U.S. President Barack Obama announced the White House to withdraw troops from Iraq by the end of this year, said in remarks at a news conference that he agreed with Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki that the withdrawal is the best solution for both countries.
Iraq has signed and the United States in 2008, the Framework Agreement strategy to support the ministries and agencies of the Iraqi transition to a strategic partnership with the Republic of Iraq in the areas of economic, diplomatic, cultural and security, based on the Strategic Framework Agreement and to reduce the number of reconstruction teams in the provinces, as well as providing important sustainable for the rule of law, including development program in which the police and the completion of the coordination, supervision and report to the Fund for Iraq relief and reconstruction.
The agreement states that it should withdraw all U.S. troops from all land and waters and airspace of Iraq no later than December 31 / December of this year 2011, while the U.S. combat forces withdrew from the cities, villages and towns of Iraq under the Convention at the end of June / June, 2009.
