Al-Kazemi and Zamali discuss the need to approve the Food Security Act of the House of Representatives

The Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kazemi, with the first deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, discussed the effects of global food prices on the Iraqi market.
"The latter received, First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives," he said.
"During the meeting, it was discussed in ways to enhance cooperation and integration between the performance of the legislative and executive authorities, and the necessary measures to activate the service and follow-up to the service devices to meet the needs of citizens," the statement said.
"It was also discussed in the need to adopt the Food Security Act of the House of Representatives, and the economic challenges caused by global crises and the current international conditions, as well as to address the impact of global food prices on the Iraqi market."
