"The agenda also includes the first reading of the day bills ratifying the Convention on Economic and Technical Cooperation and the ratification of the Convention on investment incentives and ratification of the Convention to identify areas of trade and investment between Iraq and the United States of America."
"It also includes the first reading of the draft law on ratification of the Memorandum of Understanding in the field of supporting reform {build the capacity of the agricultural sector} between Iraq and the United States and the second reading of the proposed law the Federation Council and the continuation of a discussion of the proposed Second Amendment to the Law on Governorates not organized in a region No. {21} for the year 2008" . ended
