BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: decided by the Secretary General of the United Nations Ban Ki-moon, Saturday, set the Hungarian Gyorgy Bustzen Special Representative of the Secretary-General in Iraq, according to a statement issued by the Department of flags of the United Nations for assistance to Iraq (UNAMI).
The statement said Bustzen, who will chair the committee support the political, electoral and constitutional of UNAMI in Iraq, will replace the Jersey Schoratovich from Poland, who served in Iraq for two years.
The statement said that Bustzen "returned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Budapest, after serving as Ambassador of Hungary in Iran, and before that as an ambassador for his country in Indonesia.
As he had served in various positions in Afghanistan following his service in Libya and Egypt. "
The Bustzen has won a high degree in Arab history from the University of Damascus in Syria, as well as a doctorate in Arabic Language and Linguistics from the University of Eötvös Aotfos in Budapest, as well as the language of Hungarian mother he speaks English, French, Arabic, Persian, Malay-Indonesian and Russian.
It is noted that Mr. Bustzen born in 1955 and is married with two children.
