Al-Iraqi Trade stops collecting a number of bank commissions

Today, Thursday, the Iraqi Trade Bank, TBI, announced that it will stop collecting some bank commissions for a period of 9 days.
The media expert at the Iraqi Trade Bank, Aqil Al-Shuwaili, said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA):
“With the start of the activities of the Financial Inclusion Week, the administration of the Trade Bank of Iraq TBI decided to stop collecting bank commissions for the period (02/05/2023) until (11/05/). 2023) for the services described below as follows:-
1- Stop collecting the commission for opening current accounts (for free).
2- Stop collecting the commission for opening savings accounts (for free).
3- Stop collecting the commission for opening deposit accounts (for free).
4- Stop collecting the commission for issuing the Visa Classic electronic card (for free).
5- Stop collecting the commission for issuing the electronic card of the golden visa type (for free).
He added, "It is possible to visit all branches of our bank during the period from (02/05/2023) to (11/05/2023) to obtain the above services for free."
