Parliamentary Finance: Balance (2012) included an increase in provincial assignments and giving them broad powers

Shown by the Finance Committee MP Najiba Najib that the budget for the year (2012) included an increase in financial assignments for the provinces and concentrated to give broad powers in the process of project implementation.
Najib said in a press statement that the budget for fiscal year (2012) received by the House after being amended by the Council of Ministers, which included the presence of increasing financial assignments provinces according to population of each province and size of the area and the important projects that you need.
She pointed to the answer: that the next budget has given full powers of the governors and provincial councils to act with the money without reference to the central government to approve the disbursement of funds granted to the project, confirming that it is the prerogative of the Governor.
The answer: that the Board maintain a supervisory role continues to be how to spend the amounts granted to the provinces and the process of project implementation.
