Iraq's re-election to membership of the Executive Board of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons

BAGHDAD - A citizen was re-elected Iraq to membership of the Executive Board of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons OPCW for the period 2012-2014. A statement of state that Iraq obtained the post of Vice-President of the Conference of States Parties to the Convention on the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, which was held in The Hague for the period 28/11 until 2 / 12 / 2011. Iraq participated in the conference high-level delegation headed by Ambassador Dr.. Bamarni Ahmad Chairman of the Department and Ambassador Dr. organizations. Saad Abdul Majid Ali, Iraq's Permanent Representative to the Organization. It should be noted that Iraq got the membership of the Council mentioned for the first time on 12 / May / 2010. After a brief period of joining the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons on 12 / February / 2009.
